The 2025 iteration of the Dubai Airshow is set for November 17–21 at Dubai World Central in the United Arab Emirates.

The event will bring together major players across the aerospace sector, highlighting new developments in aviation, defense, and technology.

Exhibitors from around the world are expected to unveil innovations in aircraft design, manufacturing, and integrated systems.

The airshow will feature participants from commercial aviation, defense, and aerospace manufacturing, with a strong focus on defense and security technologies.

Government and military delegations from several nations are expected to attend, reinforcing the show’s status as a major forum for global aerospace cooperation and trade.

Dubai’s long-standing role in the global aviation industry makes it a fitting venue.

Dubai International Airport (DXB), the world’s second-busiest airport, serves as a vital hub connecting Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Its success reflects the UAE’s international partnerships, strategic location, and sustained investment in aviation infrastructure.

US partnership

The United States has been a key presence at the Dubai Airshow for years.

In 2023, the US Air Force captivated audiences with a B-1B Lancer performing a double flypast.

As part of the Air Force’s long-range bomber fleet, the B-1B demonstration -- coordinated by US Air Forces Central Command -- showcased the reach and readiness of US strategic bombers.

The aircraft, stationed in the United Kingdom, holds the largest conventional payload of guided and unguided munitions in the Air Force inventory, with a flight range of nearly 12,000 kilometers.

US participation also includes displays from the Department of War, highlighting advanced capabilities.

One such demonstration, known as HI-RAIN, shows how the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) can be rapidly loaded into a C-130 transport aircraft.

The system enables deployment and engagement within minutes of landing, followed by quick reloading and takeoff. This allows for precision fires from large transport aircraft and rapid relocation, underscoring operational flexibility.

The F-35, a 5th-generation multirole stealth aircraft, remains a key attraction.

It represents the cutting edge of integrated airpower and technology, with operational deployments across the Middle East and participation in joint exercises worldwide.

The 2025 Dubai Airshow is expected to build on its legacy as a leading platform for aerospace collaboration, emphasizing innovation, capability, and strategic partnerships.
